Meanwhile, Rockfish Games has also announced that the previously announced PS4 and Xbox One versions have been cancelled. A fully optimized Steam Deck version will launch at the same time. In November, the developer confirmed that the open world space shooter would be exiting early access for its full launch sometime in early 2023, and now, a specific release date has been confirmed.Įverspace 2 will launch in full for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Microsoft Store on April 6. Everspace 2 launched in early access over two years ago, and in the time since then, developer Rockfish Games has been building upon the game with a number of major updates in response to feedback from players.
